On the evening of Thursday 15 August, in the Long Room at the Melbourne Cricket Club, St Catherine’s fathers and daughters enjoyed the privilege of listening to Mr Ben Crowe.   

Ben is a mindset and performance coach who works with world-class athletes and executives globally. He has mentored the likes of Ash Barty, Dylon Alcott, Stephanie Gilmore, and Dustin Martin, to name a few.   

Ben helps people find their mojo through Authenticity, Vulnerability, and Connection.    

During the evening, Ben spoke of letting go of the things you can’t control and focusing on the things you can.  He also addressed key topics of self-worth, fear of what others think, accepting our imperfections, and loving ourselves. Ben’s messages were relevant and inspiring, creating heartfelt discussions throughout the evening.  

The Sports Auxiliary was fortunate to provide, and benefit from, sponsorship and auction items generously donated by Mr Cameron Bertalli of Mercedes-Benz Berwick, and Mr Justin Rodski, who also provided an entrée into Ben.  

We would like to thank all those who kindly donated raffle items for this event. These donations provided a huge amount of fun for the girls with a wonderful array of prizes. A special thank you to Mr Tom Shelton who kindly emceed the event, providing the audience with an entertaining evening and a successful auction to conclude the formalities.  

The Sports Auxiliary raised $7,370 from the raffle and auction with proceeds ensuring our girls’ Sports Program is supported and celebrated with equipment and resources.
