Barbreck News – Welcome Bella!

St Catherine’s Junior School was pleased to welcome our newest staff member, Bella onto the School Campus this week.

Bella is a well-trained therapy dog who will visit the Junior School every fortnight, under the supervision of our Junior School Provisional Psychologist, Mrs Lena Wintermantel.

All students will be asked if they would like to meet Bella prior to their first introduction and care and consideration will be provided at all times for students who have allergies or aversions to dogs.

Swimming, running and playing with a ball.

The social and emotional wellbeing of children.

Why did you become a Therapy Dog?
I absolutely love being around people and helping them to feel calm and happy.
