The school year has started in earnest. It is fabulous to have students back on campus and engaging in everyday school life.

To assist with some housekeeping matters, I would like to draw your attention to the following processes:

St Catherine’s School Ap: mystcatherines

Families are encouraged to install the mystcatherines School App to their phones.

Parents can easily access the Parent Portal and receive notifications tailored to their child’s’ education. We encourage all parents to utilise the App as the School distributes the majority of communications via the App. This includes the newsletter, The Blue Ribbon.

The mystcatherines App is also a convenient way to notify the School of your daughter’s absence from School. This is the preferred method of notification when your daughter is away.  The ‘Absentee’ handle is easy to locate on the home screen of the mystcatherines app.

Lost property

If your daughter has misplaced any of her school or uniform belongings, please check with Reception in Barbreck and the Senior School.

Many items are collected and collated by Kellie and Sophie in their respective areas.

Uniform

Students in the Senior School are to be in full Summer Uniform during the school day. This includes summer dress, socks and black school shoes.

During Terms 1 and 4, students are unable to wear their School jumper as their outer garment. This should either be their School dress, Blazer or the Blazer over the School jumper.

Students who have Sport before and after school are required to change before and/or after their sporting activities.

Sports Uniform is not to be worn in class, with the exception of the last lesson on GSV Sport afternoons.
