Congratulations to our incredible trio of Year 12 students who represented St Catherine’s at the National Semi Finals of the Bond University High School Mooting Competition last weekend.

Isha and Vinuki stepped into the roles of Senior and Junior Counsel in a mock High Court appeal, with Caris providing essential support as instructing solicitor. The Judges praised their impressive advocacy and legal reasoning, a testament to the students’ hard work, preparation and passion for the law.

Accompanied by Legal Studies teacher and former solicitor, Ms Nicole Horton, the team travelled to the Gold Coast for this prestigious opportunity, gaining firsthand experience in courtroom procedure and national level competition.
