As part of our Wurundjeri-Woiwurrung Language program with Pallyan, we have been looking at the use of symbols in storytelling in connection with Book Week! We have been learning about the Wurundjeri’s deep history of story telling through different means of communication; dance, song and symbols. In these lessons we learnt some of the symbols and how they can be used to tell a story.
