The children in the Early Learning Centre are looking forward to their end of year learning celebrations in the form of video presentations. Over recent weeks, the children have been reflecting on their year, recording audio and video, and collating photographs to include in their class videos. We will also digitally incorporate the work the children prepared for the St Catherine’s Art Exhibition. Each video presentation will be a collective celebration of the children’s learning in the ELC this year.

The learning celebration videos are currently in production. After some more fine-tuning, the children will be delighted to join their families to view the learning celebrations in the coming weeks! We know this promises to be a very special occasion not to be missed.

On the afternoon of your child’s online learning celebration, we encourage you to gather your family to view the celebration online together. This could also then be followed by a family dinner to celebrate and discuss your child’s year in the ELC.

PFA Picnic and Carols on the Green

ELC families are warmly invited to join the St Catherine’s School community for a picnic and Christmas Carols on the Green in our Junior School. This event will be held on Thursday 9 December from 3.45-6.00pm. This will be a wonderful opportunity to gather as a School community to celebrate the end of the year.

Out of School Hours Care – Week 9 Activities

St Catherine’s School offers an Out of School Hours Care program to all ELC and Junior School families. The program is implemented by our provider ‘After the Bell’, and operates within the ELC building. Parents are reminded that if you need to use the Before School Care or After School Care service, registrations need to be made in advance with ‘After the Bell’. Please allow up to five business days for your registration to be processed before your child can begin attending the program. Registration is free. All families are encouraged to register so that you can use this service in the event that you are unable to pick up your child.

Before School Care – 7.00am to 8.45am

After School Care – 3.00pm to 6.00pm
