Congratulations to Romilly Walker (Year 10) who last week represented Victoria and St Catherine’s at the School Sport Australia Swimming Championships, which took place in Hobart. Romy competed incredibly well, coming away with some great performances.

Her results included:

• Silver medal for 8 x 50 open freestyle relay
• Bronze medal for 4 x 50 15-16 girls relay
• 4th place in the 16yrs 100m freestyle
• 6th place in the 15-16yrs 200m individual medley
• 6th place in the 16yrs 50m freestyle
• 6th place in the 15-16yrs 200m freestyle
• 7th place in the 15-16yrs 400m free

(Romilly gained individual national qualifying times in all the above events)

• 13th place in the 15-16yrs 50m breaststroke

Well done Romy, you have done St Catherine’s incredibly proud!
