District Swimming

The Armadale District Swimming Sports was held at Oakleigh Recreation Centre on Thursday 22 February in stunning sunny condition. After the individual events St Catherine’s were sitting in equal second position with the relays to follow.

Relays are always a test of depth and it is here where the larger schools shine through. Loreto were the overall winners with St Catherine’s finishing in fifth position.

In the Population Trophy St Catherine’s were beaten by the smallest of margins by Korowa.

We now anxiously wait for a list of swimmers who will progress to the Division level.

Congratulations to all our participants who represented St Catherine’s proudly.
