From the President of the Parents’ and Friends’ Association

Health and wellbeing are two of the biggest issues discussed in society today. As we face greater demands on our time and energy, our stress levels are at record highs and as a result our mental and physical health is suffering.

In light of this, we felt it was great timing to address these issues at this year’s Ruth Langley Lunch. We are delighted to have wellness warrior, Zara D’Cotta, a cancer survivor come to speak to you about her inspirational journey towards health and wellness, and to offer advice and tips on embarking on your own wellness journey.

This year we have been very generously supported by both the parents within our School and the wider community with some wonderful prizes for our raffle and some fabulous goody bags full of healthy food.

Be sure to join us on Friday 19 May for an afternoon of great food, good company and an inspirational speaker.
