Impact of Giving Reports
The Foundation Board publishes an annual Impact of Giving Report outlining the tangible difference the philanthropy of Foundation members is making for current and future students of St Catherine’s School. It also includes a lists of our donors and members, profiles of supporters, key projects and a snapshot of our giving results.

Sports Centre and Strength and Conditioning Studio

The Jamie and Rebecca Gray Theatre

This black box style theatre features floor to ceiling digital display system, 360° blackout curtains, state-of-the-art lighting, sound and media technologies and sprung floors and The Jamie and Rebecca Gray Theatre has transformed the drama teaching and learning facilities at St Catherine’s.
Junior School Redevelopment, Barbreck
The redevelopment of our Junior School through the Her Future Begins Here campaign provided the facilities essential for our next generation of learners. The new Junior School will include vibrant flexible spaces responsive to the interests and abilities of each girl in their formative primary years including dedicated facilities to develop the science and language skills necessary for students living and working in the 21 century.
Centre for Science Laboratories Upgrade

The project is part of a broader comprehensive plan to further strengthen science, technology and mathematics learning, including the addition of a purpose-built STEM Lab in the new Junior School and the recruitment of new science specialist teachers.
Edna Holmes Centre for Science Laboratories Upgrade Opened 2018/19
A significant upgrade boosting science learning and the capacity for our students to succeed in an emerging workforce based in science and technology. The project is part of a broader comprehensive plan to further strengthen science, technology and mathematics learning at St Catherine’s.
Junior School Redevelopment Opened 2018/19

Melbourne Foundation Scholarships Launched 2015
The School began a partnership with The Melbourne Foundation to provide academic scholarships to talented, financially disadvantaged secondary school students.
Ruth Langley Research and Learning Centre Opened 2015

Edna Holmes Centre for Science Opened 2015
The Edna Holmes Centre for Science was revitalised by providing a glass atrium connecting the Science laboratories.
Mary Davis Centre Opened 2015
The Mary Davis Centre was substantially redesigned and refitted to provide a vibrant café and social hub for our students and School community, along with an outdoor deck and seating overlooking St Catherine’s Walk and the sporting courts.
The Marigold Southey Sports & Aquatic Centre Opened 2011

Indigenous Scholarship Program Launched 2011
The School began a partnership with the Yalari Foundation to provide opportunities to young Indigenous students from across Australia with a full boarding and academic scholarship to complete their secondary schooling at St Catherine’s.
