Arts Week and Term 4 Key Dates

Today, and next week we are celebrating Music and the Arts in Barbreck.

Today we held our special Music Assembly in the Selina Yao Auditorium in Barbreck. The event consisted of performances from each of our choirs and many ensembles, as well as drama and vocal performances from our students.

As the year progresses the improvements in our students’ performances are impressive. The show today was enjoyed by all parents present. I applaud all students and staff for their efforts in making the event an entertaining success!

Our Music, Art, and Drama teaching team of Ms Kristen Dhono Isworo, Mrs Virginia Guest and Ms Lucy Mason have been meticulously planning and working with students and staff to prepare for Barbreck Arts Week next week.

The theme of the week is ‘Travel with Us.’

Students will be participating in Visual Art and Performing Arts workshops throughout the week, culminating in performances by all Year levels on Friday 16 September.
