This year brings a new opportunity for the St Catherine’s community with the launch of the St Catherine’s Netball Club. The club allows us to provide past and present St Catherine’s students with a range of opportunities to participate and develop skills, knowledge and a love for physical activity within an organised, positive, supportive and fun environment.

We are thrilled to have the expertise of elite Netfit coaches, guided by past Australian netball player Sarah Wall, who will ensure our girls learn and develop a passion for netball and are challenged to achieve their personal best.

Our first training session on Thursday morning began bright and early with girls from Years 1 to 5 welcomed by DJ Nat playing some amazing tunes to get our morning started. The rain held off for training on Friday Morning and a big turnout from our Years 6 to 10 students have demonstrated that St Catherine’s will be well represented on the netball court. All the girls are very excited to be back after our long-awaited return to Netball. We are looking forward to matches with our St Catherine’s debut this Tuesday night at Prahran Netball Association for the Under 15 St Catherine’s Moonlights.
