This year has proven to be a momentous time for our community and stories of the Covid-19 lockdown will no doubt be retold over many years. While it will be remembered as an unprecedented and unique time in our history, it has also enabled us to discover so much about the capacity of our extraordinary Class of 2020.

We have watched our Class of 2020 pivot and pirouette through a most challenging time in our history and we remain inspired by the leadership, persistence and positivity which they have displayed. These are strengths that will stay with our Class of 2020 long after they depart through the Heyington Gates. They will most certainly remain the lasting thread that binds each student – the power of shared experience, the value of friendship, and the excitement of what lies ahead.
