The Parents’ and Friends’ Association (PFA) sincerely wishes to thank all families for their kind and generous support of the Second Hand Uniform Shop over the course of this term. We have received a tremendous number of donated uniform items and our School is very fortunate to benefit from the ongoing support of so many families in our community.

Stock Levels
There is a good supply available of blazers, winter skirts, winter shirts, pullovers, spray jackets, rugby tops, polar fleece vests, track pants, 2XU leggings, house polo tops, junior summer dresses (Peter Pan collar), junior sun hats and hair ribbons. Also available, but in limited supply, are polar fleece long sleeve tops, crested polo tops, braided blazers and senior summer dresses.

Donations and Consignments
The Second Hand Uniform Shop is always busy and donations of all uniform items are most welcome. If you find time over the holidays to clean out your daughter’s uniform wardrobe, please consider donating or consigning any items that no longer fit to the Second Hand Uniform Shop.

We gladly accept all uniform items, including backpacks, sports bags, sports and swim caps, and even school socks. Items considered to be in disrepair are also gladly accepted as we recycle zips, buttons, cords and fabric for mending purposes.

Parents can sell blazers, braided blazers, spray jackets, crested 2XU leggings, rowing zootsuits and interschool gymnastics ‘display’ leotards on consignment, with 50% of the sale price paid back to parents at the end of each term in the form of direct credit into a nominated bank account. All items submitted for sale on consignment must be clean and in good condition.

Uniform items can be dropped off at the Second Hand Uniform Shop on Wednesdays between 1.00pm and 4.30pm during school term or Senior and Junior School Receptions at any time.

Shop Openings – Term 2
There will be a special opening of the Uniform Shop on Tuesday 23 April from 11.00am to 4.30pm. This will be followed by the regular opening time every Wednesday from 1.00pm to 4.30pm.

Please note, the Second Hand Uniform Shop is closed over the holiday period.

Volunteering
Our Uniform Shop could not operate without the help of our volunteers and it is with great appreciation that I thank all our wonderful volunteers for their kind help and support this term: Lara Stocco, Pauline Wang, Lamei Davenport, Hannah Crawford, Kim Sharman, Liz Addison-Baker, Kate Oxley, Amanda Thompson, Alison Dennison, Jackie Sitch, Renee Morton and Chloe Barry.

Working in the Uniform Shop is a great way to meet other parents and get involved in our School community. Volunteering is easy and you can choose to work one Wednesday per term or as a ‘fill in’ when someone is away. The shop is open every Wednesday afternoon from 1.00pm to 4.30pm.
