St Catherine’s School AGM

St Catherine’s School will hold its Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 19 June 2018 at 7.30pm in the Sherren House Ballroom.

As a Member of the School (as defined in Clause 3.1 below) you may attend and vote, and are entitled to receive statutory financial statements and related reports.

Clause 3.1 of the Constitution of St Catherine’s School provides for all:

“persons who accept contractual responsibility for the payment of school tuition fees and charges and expenses of a pupil of the School by signing the School’s form of Contract (Enrolment Form) and whether or not the liability is joint or several, are eligible for membership of St Catherine’s School and will become Members upon signing an Application Form”.

If you wish to become a Member of the School and attend the meeting, please collect a Form from the Business Office or call the Personal Assistant to the Director of Business, Mrs Megan Towers on 9828 3047.

Forms must be completed and returned by Friday 18 May 2018. If you are currently a Member you need not re-apply.

Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund (CSEF)
The Victorian Government has announced a new program to provide eligible students at government and non-government schools with financial assistance to participate in school trips and sporting activities.
The CSEF applies to families holding a valid means-tested concession card and a special consideration category will also exist. Information about the CSEF program can be found on the Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund website available here.
Eligible families will need to apply for the CSEF through the Business Office on 9828 3906.
