The membership of the School Council is set by the School's Constitution which specifies that it comprises:

  • up to 15 members
  • six elected members
  • four Council-appointed members
  • one member appointed by the Anglican Archbishop of Melbourne
  • the Vicar of St John's Anglican Church in Toorak
  • the Minister of Toorak Uniting Church, and
  • two members representing the St Catherine's Old Girls' Association Inc.
