Science Week in Barbreck

National Science Week is Australia’s annual celebration of science and technology. Running each year in August, this year the theme is Deep Blue: Innovations For The Future of Our Oceans. Hear from our special guest who knows all about the deep blue sea (does the voice sound familiar?)

Science is based on curiosity and when our Barbreck learners are encouraged to learn more about the world around them, it is science that often holds the clues they need for a better understanding. Barbreck bustles with budding scientists ready to explore, create and investigate like Year 6 Mia Upton who wanted to explore the theory of motion.
