St Catherine’s News – Spring edition

We are delighted to share with you, this edition of St Catherine’s News, an extraordinary issue providing an essential thread into the woven fabric of our School’s history – the thread that binds every member of our School community.

Our collection of St Catherine’s News over many years serves as a poignant reminder of our past traditions and this particular Spring edition will be indelibly imprinted into our School Archival documentation, marking a point in time when the world changed and our campus remained closed for months at a time.

Read more from our Deputy Principal: Teaching and Learning Mr Robert Marshall who looks at how we continue to redefine how we teach in the wake of COVID-19, Head of Junior School, Ms Karen McArdle on the benefits of a personalised learning approach and our School Co-Captains Sophie Borland and Alexandra Shergold on the remarkable resilience of the Class of 2020.

While schools around the world grapple with new ways of integrating the benefits of digital learning into their programs for students, what significant messages can we take with us from this defining time in our school history?
