Exceeding National Quality Standards

The Early Learning Centre at St Catherine’s has recently participated in the ‘Assessment and Rating’ process with the Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority (ACECQA) and the Department of Education and Training (DET).  

This process involves early childhood services Australia-wide being reviewed, assessed, and rated against the National Quality Standards to ensure that there is consistency and ongoing quality improvement in the early childhood sector. This ensures that all children and families have access to high quality education and care. 

Having previously completed the ‘Assessment and Rating’ process in 2012 and 2016, we are delighted to announce that our ELC has been awarded the highest rating of ‘Exceeding National Quality Standard’ in all seven quality areas for the third time. 

This wonderful achievement is testament to our high calibre early learning programs, outstanding educators, exceptional learning spaces and the learning opportunities provided to our children.
