What does your role entail?

The Deputy Principal – School Operations specifically coordinates Senior School Co-curricular programs and ensure the school runs smoothly and efficiently.

Tell us about your academic or professional background.

I have a Bachelor of Applied Science (Physical Education) and Masters in Education (Leadership and Development). I also have experience in student wellbeing as a Dean of Years 8,9,10,11 and 12. I have also managed Rowing, Snowsports and worked with GSV Sport Programs for 10 years and been a PE/Health and Business teacher.

What makes St Catherine’s School special?

I have worked at St Catherine’s School for 22 years and remember walking through the Heyington Gates for the first time and feeling the warmth and kindness that embodies the community. The School still exhibits these qualities and makes students, staff and visitors feel welcome.

What do you hope to achieve in this role?

To collaborate with our staff, students, families and wider St Catherine’s community to add value to the opportunities available for our students, ensuring they are empowered and nurtured.
