Welcome back to Term 3! We hope everyone enjoyed some quality family time and feels refreshed and ready for the new term. The term has started smoothly, with the girls showing great enthusiasm and readiness to learn. We are excited to welcome five new families this term to Barbreck. It has been wonderful to see how our community has supported their transition so warmly.

We have an action-packed term ahead, kicking off this weekend with the House Snowsports. From the Junior School, we have 38 girls from Prep to Year 6 representing St Catherine’s. For a school of our size, this is an achievement that makes us incredibly proud! A big thank you to Liv Cody, who has been working tirelessly behind the scenes to organise this event. I am eager to hear how the event unfolds when the girls return to school.

A gentle reminder to parents about the importance of punctuality. We have noticed an increase in late arrivals recently. Arriving before the bell allows the girls to greet their friends, unpack, and prepare their materials, setting them up for a successful day of learning. Thank you for your support in helping us maintain this routine.

On Thursday, parents received an email regarding the parent teacher interviews for Term 3. The booking system will open on Monday 28 July at 10.00am. Please note that school will finish at 12.30pm on that day to accommodate the interviews. We look forward to updating parents on their daughter’s growth and development this year.
