A Proud Hockey Journey
Year 8 student Emma Hessell was once again selected to represent the U14 Central Flames Hockey Team at the Junior State Hockey Championships. The team delivered a strong performance, finishing in 4th place after a closely contested penalty shootout in the bronze medal match.
Emma has demonstrated remarkable commitment to the sport throughout the year, playing across a range of teams and levels including school hockey, U14 Pennant, U16 Shield, Women’s Pennant, and the Flames representative team. She was recently accepted into the Victorian Emerging Academy, a significant achievement that will support her continued growth and development as a hockey player.
Congratulations, Emma!
