Barbreck Irongirl and House Aerobics

Thursday 28 November, was an action-packed day for students in Years 4, 5, and 6 as they participated in two highly anticipated events: the annual Irongirl Competition and the House Aerobics showcase.

The Year 4 and Year 6 students gave it their all in the much-loved Irongirl Competition, which included a run, swim, and run around the School grounds.

The event was characterised by fierce yet friendly competition, with every student pushing themselves to achieve their best.

A huge congratulations to Chenxian (Alina) Zhu (Year 4), who claimed first place in the Year 4 race after an impressive swimming leg. In the Year 6 Competition, Imogen Brownjohn once again proved unbeatable, finishing first amidst strong challenges from Salina Zhang and Ivy Zu.

A highlight of the day was seeing all the Year 6 students cheering on their peers, ensuring that every girl who crossed the finish line was met with an enthusiastic support team.

Well done to all participants for their incredible efforts and determination!

A special thank you to our guest judges, Mrs Skye Stansfield, Mr Tom Crebbin, and aerobics extraordinaire Miss Kirrilly Wootton, for lending their expertise and enthusiasm to the event.

A heartfelt thank you also to the parents who came along to support and celebrate the girls’ hard work. Congratulations to Beaulieu Blair, who secured victory in this exciting event.
