We are incredibly proud of all our students who participated in the Eisteddfod by the Bay. Their hard work, creativity, and dedication were evident in their performances, and they should be commended for their outstanding achievements. Special thanks to our Speech and Drama Tutor, Ms Lucy Mason, for her expert guidance, tutelage, encouragement, and valuable feedback. 

The Speech and Drama section of Eisteddfod by the Bay, held at the Shirley Burke Theatre over the weekend of 25 to 26 May, was a fantastic opportunity for our young performers to build confidence and gain valuable stage experience.  

Our students performed in front of Tamara Kuldin, a professional adjudicator, who provided constructive feedback and awarded placings for each category.  

We are thrilled to announce that St Catherine’s School placed in every category, showcasing the incredible talent and dedication of our students, all of which can be found below. 

18 and Under Categories 

Duo: 

• 2nd Place: Clover Oxley (Year 10) and Sofia Sinclair (Year 10)

Championship 

• 1st Place: Sahara Pender (Year 10) 

• 2nd Place: Harper Roberts (Year 10)   

14 and Under Categories

Poem:

Group Drama:
