School Nurse

Situated in Sherren House, the Health Centre is staffed by fully qualified nurses, providing a secure and inviting space for student care during the school term in cases of illness, accidents, or emergencies including:

  • General health and First Aid requirements
  • Management of minor health concerns
  • Student immunisations
  • Health awareness education programs
  • Support to health and personal development curriculum
  • Staff training
Psychologist

Should additional support be required, our students benefit from the expertise of a team of professional psychologists. Among them is the on-site student counseling service, delivered by our qualified psychologists and counselors. This confidential support service is available to all students, addressing a spectrum of concerns including educational, behavioral, emotional, psychological, and social issues.

Our team possesses an in-depth understanding of the diverse needs of our community and can assist students facing challenges such as transition difficulties, stress, anxiety, sleep issues, family matters, friendships, relationships, indigenous support, gender diversity, sexuality, self-confidence, and other adolescent-related concerns.

Sessions can be scheduled through self-referral, Head of Year or parents and guardians.
