School Vision
Our Vision Statement, like our Values, aims to demonstrate our commitment to education. Overall we see three different, yet interconnecting horizons.
Horizon 1
To be continually advancing and enriching all aspects of teaching, learning and curriculum areas in order to enable our students to achieve personally, universally (morally, ethically, and spiritually) and to seek their own excellence of endeavour. We also aim to be creative and innovative in these fields.
Horizon 2
To ensure Our Vision is implemented, a wide and complex range of resources is necessary. Our full educational program must be continually supported through areas such as personal and career development of our staff, community opportunities and property and facilities development.
Horizon 3
To be aware of the issues that face the world, such as climate change, demographic movements, religious, political and social activities. We need to consider the impact on St Catherine's, Melbourne, Australia and the world to ensure our students grow personally and have open career opportunities that will ensure their involvement in a full range of life's activities, including service to the community.
