House Cross Country and Fun Run

Our Senior School girls will don their running shoes today for the House Cross Country event at the Kevin Bartlett Reserve in Burnley. I wish all the girls luck as they compete against one another and earn valued points for their House. Our House events contribute greatly to School Spirit, as girls from various year levels participate together, cheer together and celebrate together throughout the competitions.
The Student Foundation will also stage a Fun Run during today's House Cross Country event, to raise funds for The Catherine Freeman Foundation, which is the not-for-profit organisation they have chosen to support this year. Catherine Freeman will be attending a School Assembly in mid May and will be at the Student Foundation's main event, Sport for Thought, to be held on Friday 22 May.
