Sports and Aquatic Centre Update
Contruction of our exciting new Sports and Aquatic Centre will continue through the holiday period.
Construction of St Catherine's exciting new Sports and Aquatic Centre is well underway, with building works continuing over the holiday period.
Scheduled works for December/January on the site include:
- Excavation for the car park and water tank with construction to begin on both
- Excavation for the swimming pool, footings and precast panels for the pool plant area.
It is anticipated that the Sports fields works including turfing, fencing and establishment of the various sports line markings will commence on completion of the car park and water tank in early Term 2.
Since the launch of the Sports and Aquatic Centre in August, the first project of The Campaign for St Catherine's, our students and staff have watched the very busy building site with interest!
