The Senior School at St Catherine’s provides an exceptional environment for students as they embark on their final years of learning and personal growth. Our Senior students engage in more challenging academic studies, dedicating additional time to subjects that align with their individual needs, interests, and passions.

Officially opened by Hon Julie Bishop in May 2022, our Jaime and Rebecca Gray Theatre provides an outstanding professional venue for our Performing Arts program, ensuring a specialised learning space that complements the professionalism and standard of performances by St Catherine’s students.

Featuring floor to ceiling digital display system, 360° blackout curtains, state-of-the-art lighting, sound and media technologies and sprung floors and The Jamie and Rebecca Gray Theatre has  transformed the drama teaching and learning facilities at St Catherine’s.

Our Marigold Southey Sports & Aquatic Centre is a premier facility dedicated to fostering a love for swimming, water-based activities, and overall aquatic well-being.

This state-of-the-art complex is designed to cater to the diverse needs of our students and the wider community. It provides a safe and welcoming environment for all, from beginners learning to swim to competitive athletes honing their skills.

As you enter our Aquatic Centre, you will be greeted by our impressive 25m swimming pool, which features multiple lanes for lap swimming and training. The pool is meticulously maintained and equipped with advanced filtration systems to ensure clean and hygienic water conditions.

Second Hand Uniform Shop

The Second Hand Uniform Shop is run by the Parents’ and Friends’ Association and provides the opportunity to sell and purchase good quality second-hand uniforms at a reduced price.

Trading hours:
Tuesday’s: 1pm – 4.00pm

Located in the building behind the Winter Garden – accessible through the rear door of the Winter Garden or through the pedestrian gate on Heyington Place between Gates 3 & 4.

This centre houses the School’s Hall which facilitates plays, assemblies and Physical Education classes.

The School Nurse and School Counsellor are located in Sherren House on the lower ground floor for student needs.
