“Being in a pastoral care role allows me to interact with students in a more holistic manner which reaps tremendous rewards when I observe students grow and develop into themselves. The Head of Year 7 role is particularly special as the transition into secondary school is a momentous life event and I derive much joy in seeing students progress through the years at St Catherine’s School.”
