ISO Laugh Comedy Night

The St Catherine’s School Parents’ & Friends’ Association is proud to host this online Comedy Night featuring, as MC, our very own Comedian and current parent, Kate Hanley Corley. Kate is a Melbourne-based comedian whose comic characters include Fanny Bouffante and South Yarra Mum Annabelle. She most recently performed as herself in her latest show Bad Mother.

Join Kate in an evening of lightheartedness and laughter with the following line-up of Comic Artists:

Ben Knight:
You may know Ben from his regular musical breakfast radio appearances on Nova 100 with Chrissie, Sam & Browny, his roles in the Australian films The Merger and Judy & Punch or Melbourne International Comedy Festival’s Roadshow (2018 & 2019).

Michelle Brasier:
Michelle is a multiple Green Room Award nominated singer, writer, actor, director and comedian. She has featured as a vocalist on Channel 9’s The Today Show and in 2019 joined the cast of ABC’s critically acclaimed series Shaun Micallef’s Mad As Hell (S10, S11).

Sonia Di Iorio:
Sonia has opened for Ronny Chieng, performed at Splendour in the Grass and has been heard on the following podcasts ‘The Little Dum Dum Club’ and ‘Don’t You Know Who I Am?’. In 2017 she won Comic of the Year at one of the hottest comedy rooms in Melbourne, Spleen Comedy, and in 2018 began writing for Channel Ten’s The Project.

Kirsty Webeck:
Kirsty is winning hearts everywhere she goes with her upbeat and relatable brand of comedy that is often described as playful, light-hearted and fun. A gifted storyteller, she has a natural ability for turning the mundane into the hilarious and has quickly become one of the most popular Australian comedians in the industry.
