Senior School House Snowsports Weekend

A big congratulations and thank you to all the families and students who participated in the House Snowsports on the first weekend of the new school term. As always, the weekend was packed full of action, with plenty of encouragement and spirit alive amongst the Snowsports community. House Snowsports is a vital event on the Sports calendar, not only providing our girls with the opportunity to challenge themselves in a friendly rivalry against their House peers, but it also provides an opportunity to trial and learn different Snowsports events.

This year, St Catherine’s School, with the support of the Snowsports Auxiliary, continued their Snowboard development program, which aims to encourage girls to diversify their skills and spark potential interest in the event. This encouragement personifies the St Catherine’s Snowsports mantra of ‘Giving it a go for the team’ and we look forward to continuing to invest in Snowboarding into the future.
