Welcoming our Grandparents and Special Visitors to Campbell House

There has been much excitement over the past couple of days as the children have welcomed their grandparents and ‘special visitors’ to the Early Learning Centre (ELC). The children enjoyed performing some of their favourite songs and sharing stories with their special guests. A delicious morning tea was also shared with the visitors. The children took pride in showing their guests around their classrooms and sharing their learning through their personal journals. It was a wonderful opportunity for the grandparents and visitors to see the children in the ELC environment with their friends and educators. This proved to be a very special occasion for both the children and visitors, one that was thoroughly enjoyed, and created many happy memories.

Winter Coats

As we approach the colder months, it is timely to remind parents that the children need to bring a coat with them to the ELC each day. The children need to wear their coat when engaging in the outdoor learning program. They will also need their coat when walking to and from specialist classes in other areas of the School. This will ensure that the children are suitably dressed to participate in all aspects of the program.
